City Council Meeting Minutes

June 10, 2003 - 9:00 A.M.

The Jackson, Tennessee City Council met for a called meeting at 9:00 a.m., June 10, 2003, in the George A. Smith Meeting Room at City Hall. Present were Mayor Charles Farmer and Council members John Bannister, Charles "Pepper" Bray, Harvey Buchanan, David Cisco, Johnny Lee Dodd, Maurice Hays, Kenny Holt, Jessie Jacox and James E. Wolfe, Jr. Also present was Anita Brooks, recorder of the minutes.

Council member Maurice Hays gave the invocation and led the audience in the pledge of allegiance to the flag.

SECOND READING:

On the motion of Council member Dodd, seconded by Council member Holt, unanimous approval was given to an Ordinance to amend the text of the City of Jackson Zoning Ordinance, Article V, Section 9, B-3 Central Business District, relative to administrative procedures.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
