Public notice is hereby given that an ordinance will be introduced at a public hearing before the Council of the City of Jackson. The purpose of which is to rezone property located along the 700 Block of Old Humboldt Road, from RS-1 (Single Family Residential) District to RS-1/PRD (Single Family Residential/ Planned Residential Development) District, comprising 7.57± acres. The Ordinance is on file in the Planning Department and may be examined during normal business hours. This Ordinance will be heard and considered for adoption at the regular meeting of the Jackson City Council to be held at City Hall, 109 East Main Street, Suite 107 on the 2nd day of October, 2018 at 9:00 AM in the George A. Smith meeting room.

The purpose of which is to rezone property located along the 1188 Block of Ashport Road, from RS-1 (Single Family Residential) District to RS-2 (Single Family Residential) District, comprising 20.32± acres. The Ordinance is on file in the Planning Department and may be examined during normal business hours. This Ordinance will be heard and considered for adoption at the regular meeting of the Jackson City Council to be held at City Hall, 109 East Main Street, Suite 107 on the 2nd day of October, 2018 at 9:00 AM in the George A. Smith meeting room.

Public notice is hereby given that an ordinance will be introduced at a public hearing before the Council of the City of Jackson.  The purpose of which is to rezone newly annexed property referred to as “S.R. 223 Annexation Area”, comprising 5.48 acres, from a county zoning classification of FAR (Forestry Agriculture Recreation) District to a city zoning classification of I-2 (Light Industrial) District, property located on the east side of S.R. 223, south of Lower Brownsville Road.  A legal description of this area is on file in the City of Jackson Planning Department, 111 East Main Street Suite 201 in Jackson, Tennessee and may be examined during normal business hours.  This Ordinance will be heard and considered for adoption on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at the regular meeting of the Jackson City Council to be held at City Hall, 109 East Main Street, Suite 107 at 9:00 AM in the George A. Smith meeting room.
