Karen Bell is the Director of Finance, Audit and Budget. The Revenue Office is located on the first floor of City Hall, in the west end of the building. Hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, closed weekends and holidays.

Payments for City taxes are received at the customer service counter. In addition, the following may be obtained at the counter: City Business licenses, City stickers (auto registration permits), Bus passes, Zone parking permits, Transient vendor licenses, Beer renewal permits, Community Development loan payments, and other miscellaneous receipts for payment. NAIA tickets are now sold at the Civic Center box office.

Alan Laffoon is the City Recorder for the City of Jackson. The City Revenue's Office is the repository of official documents. Ordinances, resolutions, minutes of the meetings, deeds, contracts, agreements, maps, and other information are available for viewing upon request. Most documents are available or being prepared to be available through the City's website.
