The Administration Division has the responsibility of Records Control and Building Maintenance and Control. There are 29 persons assigned to this unit. The Records Unit is ultimately in control of any and all forms of records generated by this department. This includes written as well as computer entered data. This unit maintains the records and disseminates to the public what is necessary for file of insurance claims or other research. The unit also files with the state and federal governments the data necessary for their report and to maintain grant status. The unit also collects and maintains for sale, surplus and seized property, and evidence. The Building unit maintains and services the buildings at the department for sanitary and cleanliness. The unit also handles additions and alterations of the building. |
