DEFENDANT
If your case has been bound to the Grand Jury, the District Attorney General's office will present the charges to the Grand Jury, without your presence. If you are indicted, you will receive notice of an Appearance Day in Circuit Court. This is located in the Criminal Justice Complex.
VICTIM
If you are an alleged victim and if the case has been bound to the Grand Jury, you will be contacted by the District Attorney General's office at a later date, if the Grand Jury indicts the defendant. The District Attorney General is Jerry Woodall. For further information you can link now.
