Staging Area Info:
(Refer to the attached Staging Area diagram for location.)
  • Arrive at the Civic Center between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.
  • Pull up to the main entrance (lobby) first to check-in & receive your assigned number & place.
  • Drop Off for children at designated location only (see diagram).  Do Not leave children unattended.
  • Only vehicles actually in the parade are allowed in the Staging Area.  No participant or spectator parking allowed.
  • Follow the directions of the parade staff in the orange or green traffic vests for parade placement.
Speed Limit:
Maximum Speed is 10 m.p.h. in the Staging Area and on the Parade Route.

November 26, 2012.  No late entries will be accepted after November 26.

Driver Verification:  A photocopy of a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required for all vehicles and rivers and must accompany your Entry Form. No Exceptions

Entry Fee:  $30 for Commercial or Business Entries.  Make checks payable to “City of Jackson”.  Payment must accompany your Entry Form.   All non-profit entries – no fee.

Trophies / Awards:  Trophies for winning entries will be awarded in the lobby of the Civic Center immediately following the Parade.
